The fine print.

01 Booking

We agree the scope in writing, from your estimate or a call. The first payment reserves the time.

02 Payment

Agreed with the scope, before work starts.

03 Turnaround

Days count from when the product or your files arrive, or from the shoot day on location. Not from the day you pay.

04 Review

You get a watermarked preview. The rounds of changes are agreed with the scope. Extra rounds are quoted before we start them.

05 Final files

The clean, unwatermarked masters are sent when the balance is paid.

06 Rights

You can use the films anywhere, including paid ads, with no expiry. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

07 AI

AI is used only where the scope says so. Your product is never redrawn by AI.

08 Refunds

Full refund before the shoot starts (or before work starts, for motion and AI). After that, the work done is paid for.

09 Ongoing

Billed each month. Cancel any month.

10 Your product

We take care of it. Returns on request, shipping paid by you. Perishables are not returned.
